Echo is your personal AI reflection assistant. Our service helps you: • Capture fragment memories — easily record daily thoughts in writing and gradually build a personal memory archive. • Receive periodic insight reports — as your memories grow, Echo automatically generates periodic insight reports to help you see long-term patterns. • Have deeper conversations with Echo — meaningful chats grounded in your memories and insight reports. Your data stays private and is accessible only to you. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information.
You need to create an account to use our service. You agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful personal information • Keep your account credentials secure • Take full responsibility for all activity under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Echo offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Premium. Plan benefits and pricing are shown on the pricing page and in your account. • Free: Core features are free forever, including instant memory capture, instant Echo replies, automatic weekly insights (without the deep insights chapter), 5 Echo chats per day, and chat context retrieval for the last 7 days. • Pro: Adds historical memory import, automatic monthly insights, insight report export, the deep insights chapter, 50 Echo chats per day, and chat context retrieval for the last 30 days on top of Free. • Premium: Adds yearly insights, custom-period insights, 100 Echo chats per day, and unlimited chat context retrieval on top of Pro. Subscription fees are charged based on your selected billing cycle. Payments are securely processed through Paddle. For refunds, see Section 8 (Refund Policy) below.
Echo and its content, features, and design are owned by Echo or used under valid license. You agree not to: • Copy, modify, or distribute our service • Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices • Use automated tools to access our service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for any of the following: • Violating any applicable law or regulation • Infringing the rights of others • Posting false or fraudulent content • Interfering with the normal operation of the Service • Sending spam or unauthorized advertising
The Service is provided "as is." Echo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law: • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Service • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months • AI-generated analysis is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice
Refunds under these Terms are conditional and do not constitute an unconditional or "no-questions-asked" money-back guarantee. You may submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase only when one of the following applies; each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis: Eligible for a refund: • The product has a significant software defect that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. • You purchased by mistake and have not activated or used the Service. Not eligible: • You have subscribed to and used the Service for more than 14 days. • Consumable digital products have already been used (such as AI chat quota or API quota). • Any abuse of the refund policy. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the website or sending an email to your registered address.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
