Each report has three main sections: • Period overview: a recap of your memories this cycle, how they’re distributed, and how they compare to the previous period; • Deep insights: theme deep-dives, emotional shifts, patterns, unresolved tensions, and more; • Action suggestions: practical next steps tailored to what you captured this period; Free weekly insights include the overview and action suggestions; the deep insights chapter requires Pro or Premium.
All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely — only you can access it. We will never sell your personal data to any third party. You can export your memories, reports, and chats at any time. Your records stay in your hands.
Free includes: instant memory capture, instant Echo replies, automatic weekly insights (without the deep insights chapter), 5 Echo chats per day, and chat context retrieval for the last 7 days — the full core experience. Pro adds on top of Free: historical memory import, automatic monthly insights, insight report export, the deep insights chapter, 50 Echo chats per day, and chat context retrieval for the last 30 days. Premium adds on top of Pro: yearly insights, custom-period insights (generated on demand), 100 Echo chats per day, and unlimited chat context retrieval. Sign in with Google on the login page, or register with email — then you can use Echo for free, forever.
In the app, open Subscription and tap Upgrade. You’ll be taken to the pricing page to choose a plan; once payment is complete, your paid features are unlocked.
On the pricing page, choose the plan you want and complete checkout. Your paid features are available as soon as payment goes through.
Upgrade: pick a higher plan in Subscription or on the pricing page. If you already have a paid subscription, the in-app upgrade applies immediately with proration. Downgrade: choose a lower plan in Subscription or on pricing, confirm, and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period — benefits stay until then. Pro can move to Free; Premium can move to Pro or Free.
In the app, go to Subscription → Billing, payment methods & cancel to open the Paddle customer portal. Cancel anytime — no hidden steps. Paid features stay active until the end of your current billing period, then you automatically return to Free. Use in-app upgrade/downgrade to change plans; the portal is for billing and payments.
